It's harder for Terran to counter good nydus plays. With Protoss, if they see it coming or see it, they can just recall all of their units.

Agree on your last point. Mechanics that defy defender advantage are just bad IMO. Warpgate never should have made it into the game. Nydus should be defensive like in BW. Teleport BCs are also dumb.

Yup it would be very interesting to see something like a medivac boost for drop overlords to fill the gap, unfortunately they can have banelings inside them and that makes it difficult to buff them too hard.. so nydus it is

Agreed. Only other thing of note is I feel like the armor/health value could be adjusted a tiny bit. That's a lot harder, though, and this proposed change feels like a very natural and healthy fix to the Nydus atm.

Yup the armor/health value is a tricky case on its own on a per race basis, for now I think nerfing the transport size 2 unit rate quite a bit would be very healthy (roaches and queens..) :D

Nydus is interesting for lategame tho i think in early game it requre no skill and shouldnt be that good option. they should make cheap upradge for nydus avaliable only after hive

I think that if the nydus unloads 'too fast' then it should simply be tweaked to unload slower, giving it different values creates un-intuitive/overly complicated mechanics & unpredictable situations, turning away from simplicity in already complex RTS games is dangerous, imo.

Imo, there should be as little hidden information/special rules as possible to users (mostly contained in the tool-tips), keep the design as clean/intuitive as possible, I think SC2 is those things in great part because it tries hard to avoid design clutters.

The unload rate is a 'little' ridiculous? But if it was to be nerfed/changed I'd do it something like this, trying values until they're good. Warp-in, mass tunneling & teleports in RTS games is a dangerous slope
