¿Dónde se encuentra #Guatemala en este diagrama? Es importante tener un equilibrio institucional. Tanto instituciones económicas como instituciones políticas inclusivas. Las instituciones se crean. ¿Queremos ser como #EEUU, #SurCorea o como #Zimbabwe y #CoreadelNorte?

#Guatemala necesita tener una visión de un Estado más inclusivo, que rinda cuentas, con capacidades y que se cumpla la ley.
Un desafío político formar instituciones inclusivas, pero sin ellas no habrá progreso.
Se necesita recaudar más para mejorar los servicios.
