Well you never have a ‘full recovery’ from a transplant. A transplant means a lifetime regimen of medications and testing. No one ‘recovers’ their previous life.

Let's make it clear that full recovery does not mean back to 100% normal. She will need to take powerful immunosuppressant drugs for the test of her life, making her extra susceptible to infections and cancer.
