Stop the perpetual warfare and begin perpetual peace! This is the only way. Once ISIS is gone, another will take their place and we will continue to be in the same situation where we are only losing American soldiers' lives and for the benefit of the Military Industrial Complex.
Totally agree with @POTUS @realDonaldTrump that regional partners should contribute more to reconstruction of Syria.
However, without continued American troop presence, there is no hope for security and stability or an enduring defeat of ISIS.

Arguably, our continued military presence is IS's greatest recruiting and organizing tool. There are alternatives to endless war. And if we need a world's policeman, why should it be the United States? Why not UN Security Forces?
