It's time to stop the madness. Vote for a CR through February 8. It will allow us to reach a deal on all outstanding issues including immigration. It's time to get back to work.

Agree. The Dems should get CHIP. Check it off the list. Allow fed workers to get up and go to work this week & prepare for the next battle. This isn’t hard.

yeah I'm not sure what the game plan is here. I understand the urgency of DACA but it must be weighed against the grand scheme of priorities (although I'm sure GOP used CHIP to gain leverage in this battle). They'll take the shutdown threats seriously and address DACA
