President Rouhani told other Iranian leaders these protests are “nothing.” Tell that to the families of those who have been killed protesting against the oppressive Iranian government.

Ruling by fear and intimidation ultimately fails because people at some point have nothing to lose because their lives are so miserable. Whether or not this is an accurate description of the current protests - only time will tell.
