Senator, ACA mandate was a Conservative, market based approach (see Heritage-Romney plan) - dating back to a Nixon proposal. Why can't Rs find a substitute? Obamacare is the GOP plan. You chose blind opposition to Obama. The irony is your actions will bring on Medicare for all.
