Trumps DOJ calls him a common criminal just like Obama DOJ. Saipov should have been held as an enemy combatant.

Military trials for terrorists have had a historically lower conviction rate than leaving to the folks who hold "common criminals." The only reason you want to have him named an enemy of the state is because it's movie-tough. Let the good folks at Justice do their job.
