Obama would have been thrilled with congressional action, but as we all know, impossible. He was forced (by GOP) to act.
In my view, the DACA Executive Order issued by President Obama was unconstitutional and President-elect Trump would be right to repeal it.

On so many levels he asked for bipartisan action. He wanted a unified country and said that on so many occasions. Never did you hear his disparage Americans like Trump does. Obama was a man of integrity didn’t vote for him 1st time sure did 2nd time! Trump NEVER!!
