You don't have to believe in the "conservative cause" to wish someone health and a good outcome. Whoever is running this account for Senator Graham seems more intent on increasing divisiveness than true well wishes to a human being suffering from a potentially fatal disease.

There's no conservative monopoly on concerns about a man's health, any more than there is one on patriotism, or Christianity or any other label they try to misappropriate to cloak their selfish and malign agenda. We *all* wish Rush Limbaugh the best in his fight against cancer.
