You forgot: The Graham-McConnell resolution shows how willing we are to stroke a president's ego instead of recognizing that the House is following its own rules and that the Senate should butt out. Article I, Section 2: The House ... shall have the sole power of impeachment.

These rules were enacted by Republicans and signed by John Boehner in 2015. Amazing isn't it??

These past actions are precedent. If these matters are reviewed in federal court, you & others could be called to testify as sworn witnesses, as to why you applied one standard of law in one case & then call for its polar opposite in another case.
#EqualProtection governs.
