Mr. President: listen to your commanders, not OSD policy shop civilians. OSD policy shop has been a big problem for a long time.

I am well aware of good proposals regarding counter-ISIS strategy in Syria coming from military leaders. Hope and expect OSD policy shop will not undercut these proposals and SecDef will push good ideas to prevent ISIS from returning.
