Mr. President, forget about what I’m saying about Syria. Listen to your own national security team who are telling you the consequences of your decision and the impact it will have on our nation.

President Trump is being told EXACTLY what President Obama was told before he withdrew from Iraq. He appears to be hell-bent on making the same mistakes in Syria as President Obama made in Iraq.

The worst thing any Commander in Chief can do is to give land back to the enemy that was taken through blood and sacrifice. I fear those are the consequences of the actions being taken right now.

But President Obama never said our allies in Iraq were "worse than ISIS" as @RealDonaldTrump just said of the Kurds do not be played for a fool, Senator. Trump is getting you to delay with small concessions he then withdraws. Come on, airman. We are counting on you sir.

Senator I believe in your good intentions. I disavow all the insults flung at you. That's just chaff. Keep your eyes on your target sir. Defend the United States. Bring your sanctions forward, and vote to remove Trump. This is an historic test. Do not fail it, Senator Graham.

Obama withdrew from Iraq, in accordance with the agreement Bush made with the Iraqi government and in consultation with military and national security advisors. Trump green lit the attack on our Kurdish allies, against military and national security advice, after a phone call.

Nope. Obama was severely prejudiced about being in Iraq at all. He wanted out no matter the conditions. Everybody knew retaliation was coming in that country on those that once held power. Obama saw ISIS getting stronger and did little making fun of them.

Obama followed a timeline for phased withdrawal set in stone by George W Bush. We left behind a huge, trained Iraqi military that should've been able to take care of itself. And unlike the Kurds, Iraq straight up wanted us gone in 2011. We didn't betray anyone. Trump did.

I wish you would fight as vigorously for your countrymen +the Constitution of the UNITED STATES! You not only allowed the slaughter of the Kurds on your watch, as a military mother I agonize over sacrifices my son makes at the hands of the unqualified C-in-C you have empowered.

If my son was in the military. I would want to know each & every military action which is taken is for good reason & not corrupt reasons Unfortunately since Vietnam we’ve been misled into corrupt wars I’d be questioning why were we there in the first place not withdrawal

Obama simply carried out an agreement negotiated by Bush, which we all anticipated. The consequences of his decision came 3 years later. So called-Prez sold a condo building and withdrew our troops right after. ISIS is back, second genocide, and dead US credibility happened.
