Whistleblower protections are guaranteed under federal law. You are in violation of your oath of office, and our laws. We can only assume you are an enemy combatant and this point, and you should be treated as a national security risk and threat to our democracy & country.

Surely you know that the Confrontation Clause applies to criminal trials, not impeachment proceedings. And the main witness here is Trump himself.

That would be true in a legal proceeding. You do know that impeachment is not a legal proceeding right? It's a politcal one. Same rules don't apply. As a Senator and Lawyer you would think you should know that by now!!!

And even in a legal proceeding the right to confront accusers only happens at trial, not before. And even then is limited. And impeachment is like the indictment and anything before it is analogous to a grand jury.
