If an individual is deemed to be a high level threat to themselves or others why are we focusing on removing a single tool that they may use to do others harm instead of removing the individual to a safe place where they are unable to hurt anyone? Focus should be on the person.

Everything you propose your Red Flag legislation will do is already on books, just enforce existing laws! Think of "worst case" bc that's what will result fm Red Flag. Such laws set up "guilty until proven innocent" & Leftists WILL use them to strip Conservatives of guns.
