When China devalues their currency 12% this means that their products are more than 10% cheaper in USD and when importer pays 10% tariff it’s still less than the price they paid for before. So, US consumers dont pay for these tariffs

Don't know what kind of alternative world Graham and trump live in but obviously neither have a realistic view of what most of us face every day. They really need to be put to pasture, or the golf course
