Senator McConnell has a bi-partisan bill passed by the House. The self-proclaimed Grim Reaper refuses to let it come to the floor. With this desire for bi-partisan solutions, I'm sure you have talked to dems. To whom did you reach out? BTW, I would like to see more NON-partisan
