Appreciate President @realDonaldTrump's strong support for the pro-democracy movement in Venezuela.
It is imperative we make it crystal clear to Cuba and Russia, who are propping up the Maduro regime, that if any harm befalls the legitimate leader of Venezuela or his supporters, Mr. Guaidó, we will hold Russia and Cuba responsible.
Without Russia and Cuba’s involvement, Maduro would not be in power.
