Obamacare cannot be fixed. It must be replaced. My goal is to provide better coverage to Americans at a lower cost. The best way to achieve that is through flexibility and innovation.

Approach to HC should: * Reaffirm & ensure preexisting conditions are covered so that no American can be denied health care coverage. * Reallocate funds currently spent on Obamacare fairly among the states. * Empower states to chart their own course in providing high-quality HC.

If California, Vermont, and Massachusetts want ‘Medicare for All’ — be my guest. South Carolina, and many others, will likely choose a much different path. Taking health care dollars and directing them to new innovative approaches. The best ideas will ultimately win out.

Those funds spent on Obamacare were also offered to red states in 2011, Senator. Citizens in those red states that refused them, on Koch Bros' orders, had higher mortality rates and premiums. Those that accepted now have lower costs and more accessible services. 1/pic.twitter.com/R8Lt7Ifgt1

GOP states opposed Medicaid Expansion because it would help make Obamacare more financially sound. They did it *purely* as a strategy to sabotage a Democratic success. They held (and still hold) their citizens' health as hostage in a political turf war. That is cruelty. 2/

Ohhhh. You hit that nail DIRECTLY on the head. We should get rid of the benefits that have created this elite class. You would see a shit ton of changes. Let's start with term limits and ending benefits when terms done. Like everyone else
