I don’t think that’s the way it works. Trump simply chooses a name from a list furnished to him by the Federalist Society. You know as well as I do that he’s incapable of actually reading an appellate court decision, and thus has no clue as to what ANY judge actually stands for.

Judges should be chosen only for their commitment to follow our constitution and the laws of this country. Being conservative or liberal should be a disqualifier. You also should not be concerned with your party but what is right by our laws and constitution.
