I appreciate the effort by President @realDonaldTrump to reach a peaceful conclusion to the North Korean nuclear threat.
It’s better to walk away than sign a bad deal.

Hey - no matter what else I've said, will say in the future in anger about you, sir -- this is a perfectly reasonable and 100% true to our values statement. But -- my father served and was stationed in Seoul. A traditional war with NK would be catastrophic for the South.

Maybe a plan with a little more depth and nuance than, "Kim loves me and I love Kim?"

So here is my problem. Republicans in office had a fit that Obama wanted to get better relations with Iran. Trump wants to do the same with North Korea and Republicans are ok. Both were good. Talk is certainly better than war. Don't be so damn partisan all the time!

It was a stunning failure. Comparatively, going back to the status quo would have been a win.https://twitter.com/mattmfm/status/1101039163170873352?s=20 …

Well there’s only one way Senator, and that means the obliteration of Seoul, S.Korea and a possible world war involving Russia and China. So now we know where you stand.

Except, we are at the status quo - are we not? The only thing to come from this meeting, was that POTUS decided to act as Kim’s PR rep for some reason. All in all, we’d be better off if he never went at all.
