I will proudly cast my vote in support of the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act sponsored by Sen @BenSasse.
This is a strong statement in support of life, and I am hopeful that even the Democratic House will see this as a worthwhile, necessary piece of legislation.

Does this law cover treatment rules for live born aborted fetuses AND does it also cover how the state will take responsibility for the child?

Why do you call it a "fetus" after it is born? The law requires the same treatment be given to the baby as any other baby born at that age.

My sister-in-law was heartbroken enough when she had a dying bay with no brain aborted at 6 months pregnant. Why should she have been forced to endure 3 more months of that horror.
