You know if Trump uses a BS excuse to declare a “National Emergency” the next Democrat President will be able to declare a “National Emergency” on gun violence, healthcare, or climate change etc. Flip the switch go ahead and see what happens.

How can it be an emergency when he said during the shut down he might declare it, then wait 3 weeks and say he might declare it again. Emergencies don't work that way, either it is or it isn't.
