She did not cancel anything. She said it should be postponed or he could deliver it elsewhere, or in writing. Trump just risked their security, and left a Congressional delegation sitting in a bus. So who suffers? The troops they would visit. The world laughs at us.

What makes you think the troops look forward to a visit from @SpeakerPelosi ? It's a dog and pony they are made to participate in. @POTUS @DepSecDef or a USO personality is a welcome visit they look forward to. I speak from experience.

You might rethink your position, why is it a good idea for her to go overseas when a congressional crisis and gov shutdown is happening right here. The president would call off his own trip. Shine light where it needs... dems living it up in puerto rico too during crisis!!

I believe her reason to delay his state of the union was cost of presidential security and lack of resources. I guess we have the resources and personnel to fly and secure Nancy overseas but not the president speaking to us regarding the state of our nation.

Speaker Pelosi refused to meet with AMERICAN CITIZENS on our SOIL. If she needs a photo op, let her get one AFTER she FUNDS the WALL. This is NOT a GAME.
