I think I speak for millions of Americans in thanking Secretary Mattis for a lifetime of exceptional and dedicated service to our nation. I know he will continue to contribute to our national security for many years to come.

Senator, at some point you have to recognize that the President doesn't care about the Republican Party or America. It's always been about Trump. No amount of praise to him will change that. The loss of General Mattis is further prove of that. History will not be kind.
