With all due respect, ISIS is not defeated in Syria, Iraq, and after just returning from visiting there -- certainly not Afghanistan.

This is not an “Obama-like mistake.” President Obama would have the good sense to listen to military advisers (as he did in the withdrawals from Iraq & Afghanistan), and not make national security decisions of enormous proportions on the spur of the moment!
