I will be introducing legislation to deal with the issue of birthright citizenship for children of illegal immigrants -- in a prospective manner -- as I have always contended it has become a magnet for illegal immigration in modern times.

Not usually a big fan of introducing international precedence. But the issue of standing or status seems incontrovertible to determination by friends and allies. Not aware of any disputes for US service personnel over this issue--are you aware of any???
