You continue to undermine the integrity of the #SCOTUS. These judges are supposed to be NON-PARTISAN, yet you find judges that are blatantly partisan. It's only going to get worse until you undo the NUCLEAR OPTION, whereby they need 60% approval. You sir are dividing America.

If I remember correctly, Harry Reid, a Democrat, created the nuclear option in 2013. Mitch McConnell, a Republican, told them they would one day regret it. Tell me again who is dividing America.

2 things: 1. Harry Reid blew it up for non SCOTUS nominees, still bad. McConnel did the biggest damage by blowing up for #SCOTUS 2. You misconstrue my intent. Without checks in place, it's just big donors deciding who gets on the Sup Court. Worst thing for Americans.

...and by saying "Without checks..." I mean that the 60% threshold should be put back in place so that it's not 'just republicans' or 'just democrats' that get their nominees based on donor base. That's fascism, not democracy.
