The payments were not ‘illegal’ Cohen may have improperly filed the tax information. Rich people pay off accusers all the time. It is not illegal.

The President's campaign manager is a convicted felon illegally paid by Russian oligarchs. Russian funds likely paid for the crimes the President allegedly committed in order to get elected, which his personal lawyer has just revealed. So, congratulations SENATOR? #CorruptGOP
