    Recovery is a huge buzz word for everyone from athletes to the those in the traditional workplace. There is little to no solid evidence for anything outside of eating, sleeping, and light-movement. The stress of DOING recovery can outweigh any benefits. The point is just to BE.

    I’m still amazed at the number of clinicians who think they can determine if a pelvis is in anterior or posterior tilt and therefore a spine is in neutral or not just by palpating bony landmarks! They cant as there is huge variation in bony anatomy!
