    I used to be in favour of a sugar tax to raise awareness and funds to go to sugar farmers to transition to alternate produce. Now realise that it would be a short jump to taxing meat and real food.

    "taxing sodium, sugar and saturated fat". This is why I am a huge skeptic of taxation on food! I would love to se harmfull food be charged with high taxes, but who do I trust to decide what is harmful?
