    Our next meeting is the Recorders' meeting on Saturday 8th February at Whisby Education Centre. We're trying a different approach this year with plenty of time to chat with fellow recorders. Starts at noon. £1 for parking.

    Another rare of yesterday. clearance an a look at the to be found. larvae, waterlouse, fresh water shrimp and nymphs and more. A big change from 2 years ago.

    An early cycle into work provided a drumming great spotted woodpecker he did manage to attract a female, was really nice to enjoy for 20 minutes. Poor video but you get he idea.

    Thanks to a tip off from found the feeding signs of Xylocleptes bispinus at Greetwell Hollow in Lincoln. Also the weevil Sitona lineatus, leaf beetles Longitarsus dorsalis & Psylliodes chrysocephala and some Helophorus doing the backstroke in the puddles 🏊
