I applaud the ACLU for being vigilant about our civil liberties especially in times of trouble and turmoil. America was made great by patriots who fight for our constitutional rights.

No, she’s doing this because like every other governor - they want to look like they’re in “command.” You see Cuomo lauding the press. These governors are making (unconstitutional) choices because they have “to do” something.
@GovRaimondo is about to send the National Guard door to door, in what should be a totally fun exercise with zero blowback potential. This is a gross abuse of your power and completely unconstitutional. The Constitution nstill applies in times of crises - becomes more important
