@YouTube @TeamYouTube I am concerned about the new rules regarding content that is considered appealing to kids. The category is so broad, and mostly discriminatory towards majoritarily female creators. Many of the top DIY and craft channels are predominantly females.

Considered "childish". This goes back to the same idea where "female" dominated careers made significantly less than "male" dominated careers and in the same career. I urge you to reconsider finer arts and crafts and customization as ART and educational for all ages.

The manner in which content is presented should be more important then the item itself. A dolls can be played with, yes, but they can also be turned into transformative art. A craft kit review can be played with by children, but it can also be a great way for consumers,

(Those with purchasing power) to know how to save their money. THE MANNER the content is presented, should matter more then what is on screen. Please, do not put all creators in the same boat. Where does the line cross over from geek fandom celebration, to child appealing?

Context and presentation matter...not just the subject. Please consider some of my favorite creators, who are artists, crafters, and DIYers who are mostly female, who would suffer from this prejudice that their talents and passions are considered "childish".
