I hate this skill. No point in it now, wish theyd just remove it and bake dmg into the class. "During combustion your spell damage is increased by 40%" . Something like that

It basically just removes a charge of RoP. Personally, i fucking hate the ability and think it should have been removed after MoP, but overall I think this is a good change for Arcane (since they refuse to make the game universally better by reverting the GCD change) but thats is
