The best feeling thing about shadowlands is not having an rppm slow randomly root your character. I'll never understand how randomly getting slowed was cleared as a patch mechanic.

What spell are you refering to ? I though you was talking about corruption slow ?

With high enough corruption you'll be slowed so much u won't be able to move. Idk if it ever caps or u actually get 100% slowed though.
