The issue is detection. Classic did not implement the Retail feature that tells you about buffs at the start of the fight.
.@KihraOfTemerity Since you've been working hard on retail, consider disabling logs for Classic with World buffs. The emphasis on getting buffs for parsing has led the game down a bad path.
