If you're upset right now I hope you act. If you aren't comfortable with protesting that's fine but make sure you VOTE. Remember that standing up for what you believe in goes beyond social media.

I want to add that I do agree with the sentiment that ONLY voting will not fix this and that the example you used is precisely why I support the protests.

Exactly. Voting is the lowest form of meaningful political engagement. Phone banking, canvassing, donating time or money, that's real politics -- far more than entering a ballot box every 4 years to vote for the lesser of two evils.
