pt 3: Arcane changes seem interesting. Savant now affects arcane missiles and explosion (very cool). Arcane also getting at least 2 new buttons (Focus Magic, Touch of the Magi). Making Touch a button you press is a very good change.pic.twitter.com/exvatEULgD

I guess the touch of the magi will make arcane mages somewhat similar to current fire mages ? You'll wanna line it up with arcane power, blast a single target and have it passive cleave everything close to it
