So thankful that GS was nerfed. I almost had to worry about sometimes having to change my talents.

Apparently it's undocumented but Mastery was buffed as well to compensate for the loss it looks like. No IL build was already pretty good but this will make it ascend. This means my initial tweet is wrong but I'm leaving it up so people can read all the details.
