It's not bad, but making a YouTube thumbnail isn't rocket science. I'm not sure where you get off insulting the type of brands you seek commission from. We exist in the same space. The best part of this design is that you echoed our clipping mask thing we do in all our design.

It wasn't meant as an insult, but an innocent jab at the lack thereof - in contrast to other organisations in similar situations who have do have a stronger brand identity, and certainly didn't mean to cause offense in doing so. Thumbnails are a small percentage of the work I do.
