How ironic that the last tweet in this thread is from someone who believes the myth of Irish slaves. After all the horror, all they can come up with is "But...".
One of my ancesters was an Irish slave. His last name was McCoy. He had run away from home and when he got to America he didn't have money for passage. He was sold in New Orleans by the captain as a slave to a Catholic woman. More..
