He is more than acting inappropriately. His action obviously rejects the First Amendment protection of these young women. It is a dangerous indicator of what might happen if Pro-Life Christians, Catholic, Protestant and Orthodox, don't FIGHT for their rights as American citizens.

He's a lawyer? Is that within the code of conduct?

Worse..he's a civil rights attorney, so he's kind of supposed to know that peaceful assembly is a civil right. Also that inciting violence "Identify these people!" is not protected by freedom of speech. He should maybe have been arrested.
