I was born with Spina bifida and I can’t imagine killing a baby over something that is so natural...I am thriving. I am an ice hockey goalie, I rode horses had 2 kids naturally. I fought back against my physical challenges and won, God made me perfect!!! Eloise Bless you!

I should note that I have 2 spinal cords, I’m missing the cross bones at the lower 5” of my spine and a tethered cord and my bones are a solid mass. I had the huge patch of hair as well growing up, I was Charlotte the hairy spider. Kinda sucked then.

My wife and I had a child when we were a little older. When there was a small chance the baby could have been born with Downs Syndrome we had to sit through a “counseling session” and was advised of our option to abort. We got up and walked out. God gave us a beautiful child.

We have a daughter with Spina bifida and were pressured to abort, we refused. She was born with minor challenges, not the devastating problems we were told she would have. Today she is a beautiful 28 year old pregnant with her first and our seventh grandchild.

I know a family that has a son with spinal bifida. He’s in his 50’s now so he had to go through many surgeries. He never feels sorry for himself and is a wonderful man. After college he got a well paying job and is a blessing to his family.

went 4 an ultrasound 4 my 1st son b/c they thought he had downs. said I didnt care, they insisted, so I went. Whole time the dr hinted at abortion.told me she'd done it when she was pregnant b/c the baby had downs. I was sickened.He didnt have it...but he was mine no matter what

When my mother was pregnant w/ my sister, the "doctor" told her that my sister would most likely be born with down syndrome. He threw out abortion as an option. My dad grabbed my mom, told him off and they never went back. Btw: My sister was born HEALTHY

Outrageous medical practice, ie doctors suggesting abortion for children with medical issues! The same thing happened to us when we were pregnant with our son who had one dysfunctional kidney!!! That repulsive suggestion made my stomach turn. I was in the presence of pure evil.
