Hi @TeamYouTube Someone falsely strikes mine and many other channels for more than two months and writes about it on Reddit. He also offer to strike any video for money. I tried to dispute these strikes and did it successfully, but he striked me again and again. Is that normal??pic.twitter.com/F9aFhRstlE

Thanks for the report–we look into misuse of our copyright tools, up to terminating abusive users. Please continue to dispute claims you believe were made in error.

In error?! It's intentional abuse! How about publishing the legal address of anyone filing a copyright claim to make abusers think twice about abusing the claim system to begin with?

and not forcing creators to instantly provide all of their private information when disputing would also be great

That's required by law - YouTube can't decide what is and isn't required.

They could try to solve it on their end first (like looking if it's abuse, fake account etc.) before starting legal things. Basically having a "report copyright abuse" button where you don't have to provide all personal information to the random anonymous internet person.

DMCA claims are a legal claim - YouTube is required to follow the system set up by the law. YouTube cannot legally reject anything (claim or counter) unless it's missing data.

Right, but YT can limit number of strikes sent by one person to one channel per week/month. I mean, rightholder can remove videos during this period, but new strikes won't be counted to this channel. Just an example...
