During this terrible discourse about how people who use jarred minced garlic or whatever are bad cooks, I keep thinking about contestants on Top Chef who freak out whenever presented with a dreaded Canned Ingredient vs the ones who are like "yeah it's a can what's the big deal"

Salad kits are basically the entire way I survive Nutcracker without just eating protein bars the whole time and without running out of money for food. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for speaking up for them

There is, at this moment, a container of salad greens in my fridge going bad because I kept forgetting to use it up. So, ADHD YES. Also I do have a giant jar of minced garlic in the fridge and I LOVE IT; I do not understand anyone who waves it away!
