A fruitful idea for cutting food waste: we're trialling new 5kg boxes of fruit and veg that is slightly damaged, but still perfectly good to eat, for just £1.50. It's being piloted in 122 of our stores, so if you come across any, let us know what you think.pic.twitter.com/OlIs0aIjFS

You should roll this put in every store, these will fly off the shelf!! Those on low incomes will be able to throw something cheap, tasty and super healthy together for a whole family, i have 8 kids so ill definatly be trying these

Asda are already doing these

I have not seen them in any of my local Asda stores. My local Morrisons do veg ones in the winter months. Come on Lidl roll them out at all stores please.
