I just keep thinking, what if one person on that train had had a water bottle or any kind of food, and had offered it to him. Even if it seemed scary to approach him, the idea that someone crying out for food and drink was murdered for it won't leave my mind.

I’ve been following this story knowing that the truth can sometimes be hidden in the assumptions fueling outrage. Could have been self defense for all we knew. Now we know. It was assault plain and simple.

This tweet and the following linked one clearly indicate that there was absolutely zero need to put a man in a choke hold. A loud zipper? And the passengers (see second tweet) only felt real fright & a need to move away AFTER the choke hold escalated the situation. This is murder
