actually, if the company operates on a public information level, such as what MSM or youtube does, it does apply. the reason why is the freedom of the press part, and since youtube is a outlet for big and small news outlets to battle on, it does indeed apply here.

so it makes me a tinfoil hatter to say "google/MSM both work for the government" when they're a big part of the council of foreign relations? hey isn't it odd that its ok for us to have a central bank when its also against the constitution to have paper money?
