There was a time when people would defend each others' right to free speech despite disagreements. This is not one of those times. If Republicans and the Trump movement doesn't make this into an issue, no-one will. Write to your representatives.

It's one thing if I, during a debate/argument, tell my opponent to shut up. . . it's another thing entirely if I bring the power of government or corporations to bear and *force* them to shut up. The former is my equal right to free speech, the latter is an act of terrorism.
Sadly, I think that Donald Trump, and especially the Republican Party, would relish the power to restrict speech that they don't like, or from individuals that they decide they don't like.
The Uniparty is part of this problem and they are using corporations to bypass law by not taking action. Only Trump can make something happen because Congress cannot be relied upon.
